The home is lovely and maintenance has always been quick to respond. All the maintenance workers have been polite, knowledgeable, and fun. We moved in around July 2018. Brandon was my favorite! Fast, friendly, and an expert at everything I needed. I cant remember the other names but our recent work order was finished by Steve and he did a great job. Ive also had great help and communication with the office staff. They helped me get my military on base housing rent on my credit report to increase my scores. I definitely recommend Frontier Housing for those moving here.

Showed up at 3:32. Thats 58 minutes before their posted closing time (confirmed by two signs on their front entrance, as well as the info on their website and the info verified by their office on their Google search results). Tried calling the maintenance line to see if I could reach a human being that might be able to tell me whether or not any employees would be coming back to the office. No dice.
I get it. Maybe the employees at the office had a family emergency and had to leave. Either have two people in the office at a time so that you dont close early or leave a sign on the door saying you had to leave at 3:30.

The housing is similar to many other army installations. The maintenance personnel were great with the exception of the lawn care company. The office personnel were difficult to work with and often rude, especially over the phone. They have many opportunities for future improvement.

Have had a total of 28 maintenance requests put in since living in Osage Village in October. One of which the AC unit flew up causing the fire department to be called and the hall bathroom toilet to explode twice causing flooding and moisture to the breaker box. Would not recommend housing in this installation to anyone. Every bit of BAH is taken for substandard homes that are not properly serviced. Will never love on post again after this experience

Our experience with this housing office has been phenomenal. Our housing is amazing compared to other bases. The house we were offered is newer construction and beautiful. Every time I called the office I was met with friendliness and assistance. Occasionally there were times that I didnt get an answer but this is PCS season so Im not upset in the slightest. Waiting an hour and calling back worked, as with any other place of business. We had to make a service request and maintenance was out here in no time at all to address it. We are really looking forward to the rest of our time here!

We arrived for CGSC this summer. We were only allowed to sign a six month lease despite being here for the standard length of time for the course. We are living in an older neighborhood, flat rate housing, and we were satisfied with the conditions based on what we were paying. Now they are raising the rate 30%, and have been unwilling to release the information or research to justify the increase.
The staff in the office is pleasant while delivering the company line to us, I dont envy the situation those representatives have been put in.

20 years and this was the first time living on post, I have no plans to do it again. The staff was courteous and responded quickly to work orders. I moved into a dirty house. I asked the housing office to come out to see the condition of the house and annotated it on the move in inspection sheet. It cost $300 to clean the house upon moving in. I paid $389 to clean the house to move out, the cleaner missed the window sills. During the move out inspection the inspector charged for the dirty window sill and said eventhough I annotated I got the house dirty I am still responsible for turning it over clean.

I had a pleasant experience with the FLFHC. I PCSed for CGSC. I did not make the initial list for assigned housing. I followed up with FLFHC and was told I should look for somewhere to live off-post. That was a bit frustrating, but I went to work. Once I found somewhere off-post, I was notified that FLFHC was actually going to offer me a place on-post after all. I accepted immediately and communicated often and frequently as to when I would report. On the day I reported, everything was ready to go. I picked up my keys no issue. Ive been in the house for 2 months and have had no issues. I also won a $20 subway gift card. That was just a highlight on an already okay experience. Also, this is my first time living in on-post housing. So, I dont have anything to compare it to. Although it was somewhat frustrating that I was not on the initial list for a housing assignment and was told to find an off-post housing to then be offered a home on-post, I understood this as the nature of moving more than 1000 people off and on post in a concentrated period of time. The housing representatives Im sure do the best they can to provide as much predictability as they can, which may not be very much.
